I'm surprised at how little attention (page 4 right now) this condo gets. Especially considering how quickly it's moving. You can really see the progress between the pics taken by drum118 on Nov 24th and the pic by Jasonzed on December 4th.

Walked along University in front of the site the other day and the hoarding was removed. Only a chain link fence was separating the sidewalk from the construction. They are pretty much at ground level now.

Horrible progress.

Anyone know what the north wall has on it? Looks like the elevator shaft is along that wall in the middle so that portion will be concrete. guessing there is only windows on the corner, which will give the neighbouring office tower a bare wall to look at.
