Yeah, the horizontal panels probably weren't the greatest design decision, but maybe the big concrete border will provide a better context

The most interesting angle to view the tower will definitely be from the side. Hopefully once the pre-cast section tops out the south elevation will look a lot better.

In agreement, the south sides has been a big disappointment so far. Especially considering that this was one of the most anticipated buildings of the boom. Fat horizontal lines of off-colored pre-cast, yay...

I'll wait till the podium is finished before passing judgment on that part.
