Does it really matter? It's not going to change my opinion on the bases of these fixtures.

I was over in that area today and really think the lights are originals - they look suitably aged and up close look quite suitable for the building.

The new office tower itself is rather uninteresting but they did a truly excellent job with the original structure.

As much as I dislike "facadism", I have to admit this development did a much finer job of reconstituting the Concourse Building compared with the 88 Scott St. facade rebuild.
