I'm excited to see this one go up. It's nice to see Toronto getting some decent commercial towers. This one is 617ft and the Bay Adelaide E is 643ft, both great additions to the skyline. It would be nice to see some 800-1000ft commercial towers going up though, something that will dramatically be noticed when looking in the skyline.

Very cool - thanks for shooting that!

If you get a chance to get more pics, please post updates from time to time!

Looks like someone just put a webcam or time lapse camera on top of 105 Adelaide to watch the demo of the building.

There are a lot of workers on site today. It looks like they're dumping a lot of contents of the existing building into dumpsters. Destruction of the parking garage looks to be complete, and there is a pile driver on site.

The first piece of shoring equipment is now on site, where the old above ground parking garage used to be, where the new access to the Richmond Adelaide Centre loading docks is to be built.

They are jackhammering apart the roof in sections right now. I wonder if they will go down floor by floor doing the same thing while leaving the shell?

I guess there is no easy way to do it...
