I have to say, I'm enjoying the valley effect on Queen from all the higher development on Richmond - low-rise, historic, fine-grained streetscapes with the shiny new-build density rising behind. It's almost like we get the best of both worlds.

Yep, totally agreed. I think it looks epic, personally.

Solid street wall, to my eyes. Finishing could be a bit less cheap looking, but it's still largely continuous with the surrounding buildings.
 
Yet another huge streetwall contribution from Studio, this time on Duncan.
 
The precast is disgraceful. The window wall is graceless. This project is failed by its lowest-common-denominator cladding.
