I know, I've said it too many times already: but that lot on the south side to the direct west of the Gelber Bros building needs a fixin', and soon. The real estate is so prime I've no idea why it hasn't been bit at yet.

I think this has turned out rather nicely and I like the street frontage and warehouse look at the base.

Despite not being the most exciting colour it has turned out quite nice, I agree. The street wall is great and it really ties in well to OCADU's 205 next door.
Curious to see how the colourful panels on the mechanical PH will look.
