Take off? I think it's already past the height of the strip it replaced!

It'll be nice to have something to walk by on that lot. Yonge has felt a bit deflated for the last little while, and with Halo starting up it's going to feel even more sparse for the next year or so. Having TeaHouse and Clover coming above grade should help it feel filled in again

Shouldn't be too much longer until this one picks up. The complicated foundational work looks almost done.

They've still got a complicated podium with a parking garage in it to build… so there's still a while before you'll really see this take off.

Does the foundation have to be cured real good before they can climb in storeys because of the subway underneath ? Or is there another reason ! I've seen this happen at the Exhibit condo on Bloor st.

The condo isn't sitting on the tunnel, it's sitting on the transfer slabs they built over the tunnel. These floors are taking a little longer because they're not into the standard floors where they can use flyforms, and they're also forming up all of the ramps for the parking
