LPAT Final Order now available in AIC
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the OPA Appeal and the Zoning Appeal are allowed, in part, and that the City of Toronto Official Plan, as amended, is hereby amended in the manner set out in Attachment “1” to this Order. The former City of Toronto Zoning Bylaw 438-86 and the City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013, as amended, are hereby amended in the manner as set out in Attachment “2” to this Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk to format, as may be necessary, and assign a number to
these by-laws for record keeping purposes.

It seems like the building will surround it, and not build over it (built on the lots east and north of it). Its a great design but the massing, and footprint specifically, can only be described as obnoxious.
