I suppose the other Concert properties in Etobicoke so far have been rentals, and the only other Toronto condos they've built so far have been the Sherwood and Blythwood at Huntington, both with Tridel up on Bayview. I believe their "don't occupy until it's ready to register" policy was in place there. 88 Scott would be the first time they have not done that then. It is, by quite a bit the largest building they've ever built, and I assume that's why they were not able to not able to follow through in that regard. Hmm. I wonder if they'll return to that policy for other Ontario projects, or if it's toast…
