Seems the piling is done. I assume we won't see any pours till they bring in that big crane to lift out the "smaller" red one in the pit?

Yes, I question that perception as well. I think people are upset with the One because they don't see obvious or dramatic signs of progress. Doesn't mean a whole lot of prep hasn't been happening all along.

yeah that's true. but the point is that both buildings are equally complicated to build.
 
We received this notice today.

“Bloor Street West will be temporarily closed to traffic from Yonge Street to Balmuto Street from Friday, April 5 at 10:00 p.m. to Saturday, April 6,2019 at 10:00 a.m.

The road is closed to enable a mobile crane to lift and hoist two drilling machines and a service crane out of the excavated site of the One Bloor Street West project. “
