What's the amendment - they've added a 100m spire so that the official height is 438m? That's how most supertalls in the US, Middle East and Asia boost their statures.

“Still being worked on today” implies a change has occurred and the original height is being modified.

Whether it will reach the requested height of 338.3m or not is killing me.
