Depends on what pace they move at from now on. It's not a very large building, but they're still a ways away from completion.

I would probably estimate another 10 to 14 months just to be on the safe side.

Is the park supposed to be expanded into the empty lot? Seems logical considering the amount of development going in.

I live nearby and have heard from neighbours that this lot has been bought by a developer for a 5 story apartment building. (Perry Ellis I’ve been told) in fact there was a neighbourhood event held on this spot last year by the developers. ( I was away). I was also hoping this was to be parkland.

That's too bad. That's the only immediate green space in the middle of a fair amount of development. That park will see heavier use eventually.

I also hope and have said many times that I will be happy when Hollywood Junk yard leaves town/closes. Plus all the run down business all the way west to Leslie St.

This one is closing to topping off. The scale is nice for this section of Queen in Leslieville, hopefully the cladding quality follows suit.
