That's quite the scale difference between the condo and the variety. Wonder what happens in the future to the auto body and noble on either side. All the smaller buildings and gaps in between as well.

Most will likely be redeveloped. The assemblies are straight-forward, into very developable blocks, should the owners be willing to sell.

The variety store was for sale recently for 4 Million or so. The building 2 doors to the west of the variety store has been vacant for years but had a for sale sign for a while. Post loft condos to the west of that building seems to have stalled. Hopefully a developer will bundle these properties. China Lily’s site on the corner of Leslie will move forward soon. Lots of potential on this short block.

The tone of grey is a disappointment compared to the rendering. Maybe there will be a few interesting details added?
