September 21. First forms on the west side of the office tower have moved up to start work on the 28th floor. This past cycle includes the three day Labour Day long weekend, during which minimal, if any at all, work was done on site.

Cycle times per floor over the past months since early May have been:

As can be seen in this photo, the height of the 27th floor (like the 18th) is taller than the average floor. The final stepback will begin the next time the forms are raised. I wonder if the cycle time will be quicker with the reduction in floor area per level.
