Wow.. aA managed to do a mechanical box well...
aA has a great track record for rooflines: Spire, 18 Yorkville, Ice and Market Wharf, for instance.
Most of aA's rooflines are fine. Casa has that thin slab that concludes the facade like a cornice. Four Seasons has the fins which give the appearance of a single pane of glass from top to bottom. X was unfortunate for the generic box, and the two recent Distillery District towers are clumsy. Besides those, aA's designs are impressive like Ice or at least on the level.
why don't they finish those white bands. they should be working on the white bands as the building is almost complete.
The green mechanical cladding is just painful.
