This is my definition of an average tower. It's not something you'll look at twice purposefully, yet it is not what I'd consider offensive.

This is my definition of an average tower. It's not something you'll look at twice purposefully, yet it is not what I'd consider offensive.
Looking through IBI's portfolio that seems to be their MO. Bland, boring, non-offensive.
 
I really like this building. IBI has been putting out solid, simple, decently-detailed towers recently.
 
Blech. Gloomy, cheap-looking, and completely out of character with the warm-toned residential areas and architecture of UofT around it.
