When do you guys think this development will actually be completed ? I know the builders has said Nov 2020 but at this point it looks like it will be well passed that. Also do you think $438K for a 480sqft 1 bedroom on the 14th floor here is a good price ?

I'd predict this to be completed somewhere around Summer-Autumn 2022.
