It looks like they are going to add some of the fritted glass in a panel to continue the balcony angling up to the mechanical level. That will look good. Overall this is turning out really well. This project really looks great particularly from U of T.

That last shot is fantastic.

And yep, Benito's right: this is just a great development. I'm still skeptical of how it meets the street, but the towers are simple but bold and elegant. They really shine in person.

From College and University last night. Dark, but I do like this view.

Hmm. Interesting work on the mechanical. Not sure what I think. Wasn't really expecting that.

There are still louvers behind the glazing and the framework is really interesting as the windows are 18" away from the louvers.
A nightmare to design, fabricate and coordinate with the window trade as my company had to pick up the slack of the original louver supplier that didn't fulfill their contract. (Or at least that's what I was told). :p

Really like the mechanical! I assume it's going to be lit up from within. Looking forward to these being completed!

Apparently a pipe burst on the top floor of one of the towers sending a waterfall (frozen) down one of the towers. It has been since shut off. (Saw this on CP24)
