I noticed that too. The precast looks almost grimy on gloomy/dreary days.

Lovely, out of the norm, sculptural. Very photogenic. Like a pavilion form Expo 67 due to an 'up to date' 60's vibe.

That's probably intentional. However, I would argue timeless as opposed to outdated though.
