That work is for the second subway platform.

Technically all of that area will, on different levels and latitudes, encompass the second TTC platform and a new PATH connection, but also eventually a new public space in the West Moat.

Once it's all completed it's going to feel drastically different.

Can someone explain to me what we're looking at in the second platform construction picture? Not that it is in fact the second platform but more what's going on in the pic (structurally and logistically).
