Pass the Site today, didnt see any trucks removing soil, just a machine mixing black soil with some sort of pebbles/ sand kind soil.

Pass the site today.. looks like still shoring up the ground with rocks etc and saw a drilling machine setup .. guessing for drilling the building posts etc..

I guess the increase in interest rate is affect their ability to sell the final release. I noticed the website was updated from " Final release currently selling" to "Final release coming soon". Maybe they stopped selling

I have just seen that. I think they would release again with revised pricings. probably much less than the current price after interest rates are stabilized.
I heard that pre constructions and assignment sales are down to the bottom now.

That makes sense. I saw some new pre-construction and the price are way above the current market price. Lets see what the new prices will look like

Wonder if they do weekends or only workweek
I get that it's online so it's easy to attend but $500 for being 10 minutes late. What if you get tech issue
Fine print at the bottom says prices are without tax and can change without notice.
Isn't it cheaper to get it done yourself?

Just got email Vandyk, again final release coming soon so i am thinking they just offer some units last Final Release and now maybe is the remaining..
