I work directly across from the site, and yes, they're hard at work. They have been drilling for the last couple of weeks, and I think they may have started digging this week. Not sure if it is for excavation or just more pre-dig work. Work is definitely proceeding.

There were three cement trucks on site filling up the holes that big rig was drilling. Anyone know what the purpose is for these concrete tubes they're creating?
