Does anybody know what will be built in place of the current Conservatory Group sales centre right beside Jade Waterfront Condos?
Any drawings of the area plan would be appreciated.

Thanks.

these posts earlier in the thread show off the plan for the area

I've seen many maps that it'll be a 41s building but not sure what the timeline is, if it's been approved and who the developer is?

Will it block city views at Jade's balconies on the side closer to the lake shore?
From the looks of it, Annie Craig will curve and go behind Jade so the 41s tower will be very close to Marine Parades edge.

With all these buildings going up that have deep basements. You can create a small island in Lake Ontario. Does anyone know where the majority of these stones end up in ?

I believe this is the first of the HBS towers to go up where the parking garage is being built under where the theoretically 5-storey commercial building will be built facing Lake Shore Boulevard… no submission to the City for anything above ground there yet though. I wonder if it will morph into something taller like beside Ocean Club where a 13-storey hotel is now sought in place of the 5-storey zoning permissions… especially if it turns out that Conservatory ends up with a lot of unsold parking spaces in this massive underground garage.

Does anybody know how badly this will impact the view for those living at 16 Brookers whose units face West? Will people be staring directly into the Waterway's owners units and vice versa?

Sure, it'll be there, but it won't take up your entire view: you're going to be quite a bit further apart than the City's 25 metre minimum separation distance between towers.
