Chinatown is really empty thanks to the fear of coronavirus (not the virus itself). Sinophobia does much more harm than good.

A small but fascinating detail I noticed. The south side has air vents directed into openings integrated into the window frames while the north side has vents that punch through the precast which looks quite messy. Really odd choice but I guess it isn't the first time a building has kind of put its focus on being viewed largely from the south.
