Mech is lookin' like a top hat rather than the rendered flush to the tower (ala Massey).. don't see any steel to be added. Well if it's lit as promised, ok.

Benito's shot shows steel apparently enclosing all or part of the inset concrete mech roof levels, so I guess the top may indeed be flush to the tower elevation. Sorry for "top hat" comment Wellesley ;-)
