Update from Sales

So I heard from a sales agent there will be 4 town homes, and they already sold 2 and they are holding 2 for the phase 2 sales centre.

From this news I would not expect they begin sales for phase 2 until Spring 2010 and I bet the building will not be up until 2014.

They'd most likely be available in the sales office. Just in case, phone first.
 
Looks to me from these pics that this development at the moment is a two man show,one on the ground and one operating the crane.
