Is that a joke? The wavy balconies were the only thing it had going for it...
They've recently put up new application boards, and the design appears to have changed again. Now it looks more like the original design, but instead of having a wavy strip of curtainwall it's just a straight vertical bands.

Almost assuredly (though sadly) remove. There is next to no way that Canderel will replace the 5-6 units along here. They will most likely be consolidated into 2-3 larger format stores (unfortunately).

Creative design features tend to get stripped out so as to not rock the boat.
