Much progress has been made on the 198-metre high Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium tower on Yonge Street, just north of College. Following the forming of the development's 5-level underground parking garage, the project marked a major milestone in September 2016, when work began on the project's ground floor. By late-February, forming of the building's podium structure was well underway.
There is a little bit of window wall peeking out on the north facade - I am afraid it is 365 good.

Wasn't it a foregone conclusion that Canderel was going to erect something hulking, cheap, and horrendous? Par for the course.
