10 Dundas, no contest. Meanwhile, this one's not finished.

Yeah, not a big fan of the outside expansion. It's just haphazardly stacked boxes, like something a kid would build in minecraft.

I've decided this does not look as bad in person as it does in the pictures.

I think its the context of the old towers behind the mall that makes the expansion look grating.

Okay, am I crazy? I think the original 'old' towers looked handsome and good looking on their own. I love the big black openings on the bottom. I feel like this grafted on part is an abomination and wrecks the original architecture. Must all our buildings have these mini mall podiums growing out the bottom like fungus? Can nothing be left alone to just be a tower like you see in NYC and Chigaco?

The old towers represent the cheap knockoffs that ended the international style. I don't see any of these mini malls growing out of the Bay Street towers either.

Cheap knock-offs or not, still looks better than what's happening now. Like mushrooms growing out the bottom of a tree.

Not a mini-mall podium, but a podium nevertheless. I think they are a waste of space in the financial district, and unattractive.

The upper levels of the new addition go high enough to block the windows of the offices on some of the lower levels of the office buildings. Does anyone know what's happening there? Will the new mall be connected to the second and third floors of the office buildings, and those converted into some other use? The views are completely blocked, I'd guess, so if kept as they are it would be like working in a basement.
