Thanks. I remember now that ON did have a dome (ONT 900 'Otter Rapids'). I wonder if this it; I couldn't find anything online. Apparently it leaked quite badly.

For anyone wondering about the indentity of this car, this is the former Great Northern Great Dome "Ocean View" which served with Amtrak until 2019.
