Saw there was a stabbing at dundas west when I drove by, over an hour later 6 streetcars blocked and off but not one note on the alerts site about the service suspension for streetcars

Still needs Fed funds. This will help not keeping the T1 around as long as the current plan calls for once the Fed's kick in funding and saving some funds doing so.What you posted was that the TTC was again examining the issue.
What's been posted today is that the province has officially confirmed its paying for the new trains. (well up to 50% of the cost)
