Update: August 29th, 2015

It's getting there, whereas the Arthouse and The Mark Condos right next door have made no significant progress.

Upper Village 2 is topped off.

Meanwhile, check out this strip mall style parking in front of the retail, which will soon be repeated on UV 2. It really detracts from the urban experience that I thought this building would bring to Markham Rd. As a pedestrian, I can hardly notice that there's retail here because of the large setback and all the cars parked next to it. Very disappointing for an otherwise solid development.

View of the Markham Road "skyline" (if you can even call it that ) looking west. The Arthouse didn't turn out too bad after all. Should seem fuller when the Mark/UNION/Imperial Gate is completed.
