About time, as we have been seeing this play out in Calgary over the last 2 to 3 years with their condo market.

... and in various other places like Kelowna, Halifax and Ottawa too.

Maybe not so much our market, but the market. Many developers here are probably focused mostly on potential local customers or do not have the connections to reach and sell to the broader market this company wants to reach.

What’s interesting to me is the non-local (to even Alberta) developers taking such an interest in this specific area. Exciting project… here’s hoping.

They have also bought large pieces of land in Innisfail and Sylvan Lake with quite ambitious plans for both. Seem to be jumping into the Alberta market with both feet.
