Seems that they know our market better than our own developers?Their page really feels like they're trying to sell to out-of-towners who don't know much about Edmonton. Trying to pick up on the outflow from Ontario and BC?
Maybe not so much our market, but the market. Many developers here are probably focused mostly on potential local customers or do not have the connections to reach and sell to the broader market this company wants to reach.Seems that they know our market better than our own developers?
What about the View that was just completed? Isn't that mostly condos?Seems like genius marketing! What was the last purpose built condo? Symphony? With its cheap finishes and 1-piece fibreglass tub/shower installs. Perfect timing in a market with no other quality options out there!
True, that's likely the most recent condo tower finished. What about the View that was just completed? Isn't that mostly condos?

Soooo what? Are we speculating and making the automatic assumption that the responsibility of this incident is related to the said developer?Um.....

They have also bought large pieces of land in Innisfail and Sylvan Lake with quite ambitious plans for both. Seem to be jumping into the Alberta market with both feet. What’s interesting to me is the non-local (to even Alberta) developers taking such an interest in this specific area. Exciting project… here’s hoping.
It is, they have their DP submission in but it hasn't been issued yet.Upper Vista isn't even rezoned yet is it?
