Glad this will go on the NW corner of that site, I figured the BMO parking lot was there to stay!It's the site the Stampede plans to have a hotel built on.

Yeah, it looks like the city will be paying for it upfront, but the owner will pay via increased property taxes, etc.. If the owner can't pay the taxes, the city can eventually take it over and sell it. Either way the city will get their money.What a misleading headline. Lol, it will be repaid eventually.
