Similar area (right next to) the one from a couple of weeks ago, another suburban condo project in Springbank Hill, just south of Aspen Landing, is going to CPC next week.

as the ring road nears completion it will be interesting to see what happens out there, if the whole area catches fire or not.

This latest rise in house prices seems to have really spurred a lot of growth and development, especially south of 17th Ave. Lots of earth has been moved, a number of townhomes have been built, including some fronting right onto 85th Street further south. If Ronmor gets their commercial hub going as well, combined with Aspen Landing, it will be quite a hub.

I suspect ring road completion will benefit the Providence area in the extreme SW the most. Without the ring road, it is probably the most transporation constrained area of the City
