Its a typo, the building is on 29thThis is so confusing. Is it 1512 34 Ave SW or 1512 29 Ave SW? Both are mentioned in the notice. I think it’s 29th, because the photo of the subject building is on 29th, but this notice mentions addresses on both Aves and references developments from both areas.

Is Leonard Group redeveloping another property on 34th?Between that and the other property Leonard is undertaking, I like how Marda Loop is getting these little developments that are possibly affordable for small businesses versus chains that will be nearer to 34th/33rd Aves and 20th St.
In an early study we had tested an idea about utilizing the lower floor as a market. We were thinking it might be a good way to connect to Mills Park, and also start activating the lane at 14th. I'll have to see if I can find it. I think MODA also had some concepts in mind also If I recall.It's just funny, horses to cars. Everyone in the article was falling over themselves with joy and it is better than the garages that typically accompany these townhomes.
