Also that office building in the SW corner of 8th Street and 8th Avenue SW, that was built within the past 20 years or so I think (want to say 2008ish).
If the picture moved north a little, most of Kensington would be covered in green boxes too!Updated with the buildings that were missing.

The good: They're opening up land for TOD right next to an inner city station.not sure if this has been discussed but is this going to be redeveloped (17th & 45th sw location)
The good: They're opening up land for TOD right next to an inner city station.
The bad: They're moving next to a more prominent station even closer to the city centre.
I can’t see that happening, that section of Memorial was once referred to as the east-west “penetrator” to get cars from/to Deerfoot into/out of downtown. Bow Trail West is also a “penetrator” flowing suburbanites to/from downtown from/to Crowchild.I'd also like to see the section of Memorial between the flyover and Deerfoot shrunk to 4 lanes. It bottlenecks at the bridges so the extra lanes are pointless
I learned to drive there, got passports and stuff, it'll be sad to see it gonot sure if this has been discussed but is this going to be redeveloped (17th & 45th sw location)
