It might be a good thing. Give airlines a run for their money. Possible code sharing agreements with air travel and train travel.
Technically,after the current RT projects are complete, the main stations of all 3 of the major cities will have a connection to their airports.One positive aspect of ACs involvement is that it makes it very likely for both Pearson and Dorval to have direct connections to the new HSR.

They may not have a 1 seat connection to their airports, but they are all connected with RT, and not just buses.Not directly thou
No word on what they mean by stuck.Yet another embarrassmet for VIA;
Toronto to Windsor Via Rail passengers rescued by workers on CN train after getting stuck on tracks.
WTF?Ran out of fuel.
Dan
Simple. They kept running the locomotive until there was no more fuel left. And then it stopped on the tracks.WTF?
No, seriously, how in the world does that actually happen?
That is not what I mean.I know that part. What I do not understand is how it can happen.Simple. They kept running the locomotive until there was no more fuel left. And then it stopped on the tracks.

I might understand if it was the Canadian or any other long distance train, but how hard is it to ensure you have enough diesel to go from Toronto to Windsor and back with enough fuel? And if you are getting low, get refueled in London. Or any other station.Reportedly the second instance in a couple weeks.
