I thought the last tower was the one that just topped off or will they be building on the other side of Dunbloor once Dundas is realigned?
 
I could be wrong, but I think the derelict land across the street is also owned by this developer.
 
While I like the idea of "Cleaning up" the roads here to better align them, I am not looking forward to the construction nightmare it will bring
 
I am. It's all part of progress and city building. Etobicoke has fallen way behind its neighbours. This needed to be done decades ago.

The retail space in the Serrano building is pretty much empty other then the Dry Cleaner and Variety Store. At this point more is not needed.
