Not a big fan of this weird stone-like cladding that's used here and on Grandin 4. It looks strictly worse than traditional brick and also just doesn't feel very authentic to Edmonton.

The name 'West Windsor' is kind of silly given that the site is definitely in the eastern half of WIndsor Park.

Maybe David and Richie are fans of alliteration lol

I think it needs a few more material choices on the exterior elevations... and that imitation wood siding looks like it was recovered from an abandoned trailer park. Ugly on steroids!
