So Tory said there were no cameras, and then Muzik says:

UPDATE: Muzik Nightclub says yes, they do have security cameras http://bit.ly/1DMYj05
yeah, but it doesn't matter. Muzik has someone from the police in their pocket, no other explanation for how they keep operating and never get in trouble, not even a small infraction. Everyone knows the place is basically a glossy crack den -- just ask Robbie. Then you get two city councillors saying OVO Fest should be banned. One of those councillors wanted EDM events at the Ex banned (events which happen to compete with Muzik).

It's never Muzik that should be banned, or shut down. They get defended. They are never in trouble. Something down there stinks to high heaven, and it's not just Lake Ontario.

i wonder why he was driving renata's car instead of his own...

evvabeing, I thought the same thing when I saw this on instagram -- because the car looks sort of blue, right? But after closer inspection, I don't think so.

The tan interior is a perfect match to the Escalade. Look at the design of the inside passenger door on the IG photo. Now look at the same armrest/moulding in the photo below on the driver's side and backseat (Rob is blocking most of it but I guess he can't help it :p )

(I actually can't even imagine that an old Ford Escape could have a tan leather interior -- it just doesn't fit with that style of car).

And there's a little nub on the roof just like on the Escalade. Renata's car has more of a roof rack sort of rail. I think there's just some weird lighting that is making the black Escalade look bluish in this photo. Or maybe it's one of those Instagram filters people are so fond of; they alter the colours a bit, too.

When we had two cars, we each drove both of them. Is it so odd that one spouse would be driving the other spouse's car?

Someone, singular, from the police?

Kathleen Wynne has announced she wants to "consult with citizens" about changes to the Police Act (yeah, sure). How about an Independent Commission of Enquiry into TPS, since they set the "standard" for the province? After what they got away with at the G20 it only took Rosie Dimanno to identify some of the "unidentifiable " officers that got blanket protection from the force.

Muzik, I suspect, is only a symptom of force's unaccountability.

Um…

Thanks "Councillor Ford" for event hosted by "the Doug Ford Campaign".

spacing.ca TORONTO interesting article by John Lorinc, Aug 4/15

SUMMER OF THE GUN: ten years later, conclusion (3 previous parts)

Well it looks like Ford Fest 2015 - Kamp Krusty happened yesterday: https://www.facebook.com/TrustFifteen/photos/pcb.596526033784497/596525833784517/?type=1&permPage=1

Looks like Doug decided to roll the boys' day out in with the girls', or perhaps he was mistaken as to the level of interest kids from the 'hood have for a last-minute, four-hour (without traffic) bus ride to the bush and back. I'm also confused as to the amount of time they actually spent at Chez Ford because most of the pictures seem to have been taken next to a river instead a cottage on a lakeo_O. Maybe there was a run on porta potties and securing some in the 11th hour proved impossible? This one below looks like it was taken at the cottage (BTW, where'd everybody go?). Sounds like they had fun, but not a potato sack in sight (maybe that's why :p ). Hey look! It's Randy!

Apparently. The cottage is also in Doug's name and the author figured it was Doug's idea, but didn't Doug Sr. like to wear cowboy hats? It's also stated in this NOW article from way back in 2011 when Rob skipped Pride because: cottage weekend https://nowtoronto.com/news/rob-fords-big-retreat/

What I'm wondering is why everyone's walking in? I guess maybe the sign is a low overpass for the bus? Looking at the article there's also a picture of a "narrow" bridge with overhead structure and the road to the cottage is also "unimproved". Maybe that explains the pictures by the river. Or maybe they don't know where their septic bed is and didn't want to park on it (although I'd be somewhat surprised that they thought of that).

Well, at least the kids seemed to have fun doing...whatever (nothing wrong with "whatever" some days). Hope they ate more than marshmallows!

that is odd.

is it a tax write-off or something?
I think it's simply someone on Facebook trying to tag Doug somehow on Facebook through his mayoral camping FB page, because Doug doesn't have a personal FB account. I suspect any "write-off" is Deco's, but they don't do FB either, and I wouldn't expect Doug would let that be known anyway. So "Doug Ford Campaign" = "Doug Ford" (person) and on that FB page Doug is still referred to as "Councillor".
