Gosh darn, that’s real bummer….3 years before ph2 starts….I guess that leaves us with ph2B of StationLands, Falcon 2 and Grandin 2 (whatever number the 30 storey is), to look forward to

Well Ian will ensure all of the Westrich Towers get built plus my kid is working part time at Buco….will dispatch her to the”Switch” sales office in Epcor and ask them about the tower

Maybe it predates the current target market, but if there was one day in the year that I would avoid throwing a party to get people to embrace tower living...

That looks WAY better but is there a reason it can't be short-term leased for something, at least on the ground floor, until it's ready to move forward with demolition and construction on future phases?

It’s probably pretty derelict inside and not worth the effort/money considering the retail market downtown isn't too hot at the moment
