I suppose it sort of depends on the definition of prime location, but I would agree there seems to be plenty of opportunity around in fairly good locations.Phase 3 is the laydown site. Rohit doesn't own the plot next to the "keep Edmonton weird" building, that site has been listed for sale for quite awhile: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/27867552/8490-106a-avenue-nw-edmonton-boyle-street
Given how much vacant land we have in the core, this description is hilarious: "RARE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY to BUILD 2 HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL CONDO TOWERS in a PRIME LOCATION in the CORE of EDMONTON". Nothing "rare" about that kind of opportunity.
It seems to be the type of hype that is typical in this industry. I am not sure it helps get credibility for this here perhaps it is aimed at out of towners who may not know better.
