950 students downtown next semester, not equal to an office worker, as I assume an upgrading student doesn't spend as much as an office worker downtown, but still a nice under the radar add to Bow Valley College, I wonder where this space is at Bow Valley College?
Bow Valley College's pre-federal international student changes (2023-24) was 9,577.4 full time learner equivalents. 2655.7 of those were international, up from 507.4 in 2014. If they're following sector trends, they'll bottom out at around 1,000 if they're lucky this academic year.

There is plenty of room for those CBE students at BVC.

Nice that the new education upgrading will be centralized and right on the LRT. Depending on how things go with BVC in the future (eg. more international students later on) my the upgrading/continuing ed can look at one of the other office buildings downtown?

This one's right on the LRT with a station out front.

There's also this one. Not sure if it's large enough, but it was completely empty recently,

Doing some calculations with @CT_ 's help to model what these might look like.
Three possible scenarios, assuming that they are looking to max out the 12 FAR, and given the areas from the image:
- Two towers about the same height that are between 90 and 100 metres
- A taller tower around 120 metres tall, similar to BLVD, and a shorter tower about 65 metres tall
- A much taller tower around 140 metres tall, and a much shorter tower around 45 metres tall.

Scenario 1 and 2 feel the most likely to me. 45 metres would be pretty short for that location, especially if it's on the south side.

I'm almost sure it'll be scenario one.

Olds College and the University of Lethbridge also have their Calgary campuses at Bow Valley College so those buildings will be full to bursting!
