^ That's from the annual NAIOP case comp between U of A, U of C, and I think now UBC as well. Each year a real site is chosen and students from each school put together a comprehensive redevelopment proposal and present it to a panel of judges. Winning team gets the 'Golden Shovel' award.
If any U of A students are reading this: enroll in Business Economics 457 - Real Estate Development. It's a full three credit course where all you do is work on this case comp. By far the best learning experience for getting a taste of working in real estate development.
