Well they are going to have quite a spring through winter of 2025 to reach that 90% goal with this one, but I suppose now that the disruption from construction is over they can focus on that.

I wonder if they may hold off on selling until this is filled more. It seems to me a more occupied building would get a better price.

Sorry, the 90% is company wide, just posted to highlight that Edmonton was mentioned in potential dispositions in year-end results. Boardwalk/Revillion may be for sale. Definitely no where near leased up at a building level

Took at a quick peek at the Atrium during the noon hour today.
Also, Evolution Wonderlounge is closing after November 8, and the Maria space is available.

No trees or anything on that side of 103 St or that stretch of 102 Ave is very meh. With the bicycle lanes there it feels like they could have pushed the sidewalks out further. The pedestrian experience is kinda shit for a boardwalk meant for pedestrians.

103st needs a rebuild. Hopefully it’s next after 106

102 ave cant have trees, there is no space underground (main for utilities) [with LRT]*

Looking really nice!!

^ That's from the annual NAIOP case comp between U of A, U of C, and I think now UBC as well. Each year a real site is chosen and students from each school put together a comprehensive redevelopment proposal and present it to a panel of judges. Winning team gets the 'Golden Shovel' award.

If any U of A students are reading this: enroll in Business Economics 457 - Real Estate Development. It's a full three credit course where all you do is work on this case comp. By far the best learning experience for getting a taste of working in real estate development.
