I am sure they are digging deeper as I can see queue of red dump trucks outside the main entrance, now and again. Unfortunately they are well behind the competitor – Tridel - on the other side of the road as they have managed to nearly complete the underground floors, although they are working...

Thanks everyone for up-to-date info and specially photos. Do they need to dig deeper than this to build 4 underground levels? They should be lower than subway level now.

I always thought the terrace units are above 30th floor. As I remember each higher floor would increase about $500-1000 on total price. Also the 4th floor will be abscent in respect to Chinese believes.

It would be appreciated if the ones, who state the T&T will be the grocer shop at the second floor, share their evidence with the forum. From the beginning of construction, Hallmark clearly advertised the occupant retails, but for unknown reasons Emerald Park is so closed to public and hardly...

Does anyone know today’s value of EP units? Or has anybody sold a condo at EP recently? I found the following ad on the web. This is a terrace condo, and it seems the value has raised significantly. $689,000 for a 2 bedroom 923 sqft terrace condo!

Thank you for putting the very first pictures of EP construction site. I think all the buyers and nearby residence are appreciating to be updated on the construction of EP, although this is the Bazis' duty and responsibility to update the EP web page regularly or/and add a "News" section to it.

Passed the site today. They are fencing up in green color. For sure this is a preparation to dig down for foundation. In the same time, Tridel is digging down on the other side of Yonge street.
