They cancel project if it's too risky or too low margin as it did in 2021. Most likely they would want to build the one by Lincoln with two towers. They sold a lot of units there and land was probably dirt cheap. Levies are probably less and overall better portfolio to hold. But who...

LJM has 3-4 projects that are sold out or near sold out but have yet to start construction. If you buy this, you will wait minimum 10 years.

It does hurt though. For all investors who bought condos at $1200 sqf.

Yeah I did buy a loft unit on the first floor. I am actually okay with the extension it works better in my situation...need to buy a bungalow meanwhile. I am guessing it won't be till 2027 at best.

From local realtors in Welland and some townfolk discussion, there was no bolting done to secure the concrete slabs or something...because the weather was too cold. They wanted to lay down the slabs on and then bolt it all together to secure them all in the spring. Problem was...the windy...

their current building, Upper Vista Niagara, already has supremely expensive condo fees..$800 for a 1000 sqf...they just built it in 2019..

any news about this project? It is stuck in the tribunal limbo... Supposed to be built by 2025 Q3 but no progress whatsoever and no permit yet....
