This project keeps getting worse. It looks like 90 storey pile of condos with an ugly 'S' curve slapped on the front. The design is phoned in and value engineered for maximum profit. Embarrassing.

Scale wise i think it's great...it's the tacky appearance that will ruin this.

There is a rendering of this thing on Bloor Street. It is as lame as you would expect from the above elevations.

It was only a parking lot because the developer tore down the original building years ago.
