This project keeps getting worse. It looks like 90 storey pile of condos with an ugly 'S' curve slapped on the front. The design is phoned in and value engineered for maximum profit. Embarrassing.

There is a rendering of this thing on Bloor Street. It is as lame as you would expect from the above elevations.

Precast is preferable to more spandrel panels, especially in that neighbourhood.

The 1 storey commercial building along the street is idiotic. There should be a commercial podium there. Stupid developers.
